Chapter Summary
Chapter 1: The Flower of Culture One thousand representatives of the Education Department's membership, gathered for the first national convention on August 1, 1962. This marked a fresh beginning toward actualizing value-creating education.
Chapter 2: Fresh Growth Shin'ichi returns to Hawaii and the mainland and purchases the first Community Center in East Los Angeles.
Chapter 3: Early Spring Shin'ichi travels to Europe and establishes Chapters and Districts in several major cities where there were members.
Chapter 4: At the Helm Shin'ichi cancels his meeting with President Kennedy because of the small-mindedness of the political leaders running Japan. It was clear that they were motivated by nothing other than jealousy.
